Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from customers regarding early and/or late stage arrears on regulated and unregulated accounts.
- Utilize effective listening and questioning skills to understand the root cause of a customer's financial situation and work with them to find a suitable solution.
- Resolve customer enquiries to completion, aiming for first contact resolution where possible to achieve good customer outcomes.
- Identify and attempt to resolve potential customer complaints and escalate where necessary.
- Provide support to vulnerable customers, including signposting to relevant organizations.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a focus on minimizing customer effort.
- A strong understanding of what constitutes a good customer outcome.
- An empathetic approach to customers, coupled with a keen sense of business objectives.
- A team player who can work collaboratively and flexibly within their own team and the wider operation to achieve business goals.
