We are seeking an exceptional Psychiatric Care Specialist to join our team at Tripod Nursing. As a valued member of our team, you will provide vital mental health support to young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Manage complex caseloads and offer prompt triage and duty support for the team.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organizations to deliver comprehensive care.
- Signpost to suitable services and make safeguarding referrals when necessary.
- Provide empathetic support to young people facing various mental health challenges.
- Evaluate and adapt risk management strategies as needed.
Position Details:
- Location: Blackpool
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Contract Duration: ASAP – 31/08/2024
- Rate: £25.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- A qualified Social Worker or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with relevant experience.
- Experience in CAMHS and children's child protection work.
- Strong assessment, care planning, and risk management skills.
- Able to work face-to-face with young people and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
