Strategic Grocery Account Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with key accounts?
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black, a leading gifting business. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding our business relationships within the grocery retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing grocery/independent retail accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within the grocery retail sector and prospect new accounts
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on product launches, marketing campaigns, and inventory management
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders
- Strong account management experience with a proven track record of developing accounts and winning new business
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to timescales, and lead people
