Job Title: UK Sales Executive

Atkore is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven UK Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely order processing
  • Process customer orders, check inventory, and respond to customer issues
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide high-level customer service
  • Support the Team Leader as required, including preparing quotations and supporting account credit and debit administration
  • Conduct outbound telephone activity to promote sales and provide customer quotations
  • Provide information to the external sales team and organize transport for non-standard deliveries
  • Ensure deliveries are progressed and any issues are dealt with efficiently
Requirements:
  • GCSE level or equivalent
  • Computer literate with intermediate level or above in Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce or Infor desirable
  • Good telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and manage own time commitments
