Atkore is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven UK Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships and ensure timely order processing
- Process customer orders, check inventory, and respond to customer issues
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide high-level customer service
- Support the Team Leader as required, including preparing quotations and supporting account credit and debit administration
- Conduct outbound telephone activity to promote sales and provide customer quotations
- Provide information to the external sales team and organize transport for non-standard deliveries
- Ensure deliveries are progressed and any issues are dealt with efficiently
- GCSE level or equivalent
- Computer literate with intermediate level or above in Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce or Infor desirable
- Good telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Ability to prioritize own workload and manage own time commitments
