Sales Executive Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Distinct Consultancy. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving new business revenue targets and managing the performance of new customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of new customers to ensure they trade to agreed profile and terms.
- Agree and deliver action plans if variances occur.
- Facilitate the handover of new accounts to the relevant Account Owner following initial onboarding.
- Support with calling potential and existing customers and taking the necessary action following a marketing campaign.
- Update and maintain all internal systems.
Requirements:
- Experience within a internal sales or similar environment.
- Tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to build working relationships and win new business.
- High levels of integrity and empathy.
- Ability to manage own time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt own style to suit the needs of internal and external customers.
- Ability to deal with objection handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and resilient approach.
