Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Distinct Consultancy. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving new business revenue targets and managing the performance of new customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance of new customers to ensure they trade to agreed profile and terms.
  • Agree and deliver action plans if variances occur.
  • Facilitate the handover of new accounts to the relevant Account Owner following initial onboarding.
  • Support with calling potential and existing customers and taking the necessary action following a marketing campaign.
  • Update and maintain all internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a internal sales or similar environment.
  • Tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to build working relationships and win new business.
  • High levels of integrity and empathy.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt own style to suit the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to deal with objection handling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and resilient approach.
