Cast UK Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and develop strategic sales plans for a leading manufacturing business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and secure new business across the UK.
- You will identify customer needs and guide them in selecting the most suitable products and solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as a central point of contact between customers and the company, sharing valuable market information from the field and keeping an eye on the competition.
- Work towards achieving the sales budget and specific annual targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong technical specification skills, with the ability to work closely with R&D/OEM and expand into new markets.
- Organized, autonomous, and capable of developing a targeted prospecting plan.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage complex situations.
- Requires adaptability, flexibility, and a strong sense of character.
