Commercial Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the specification of natural stone and blended materials for landscaping and paving in both the residential and commercial construction markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target main contractors and architects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling and specifying construction or building materials into main contractors and architects
  • Preferably, candidates will have a background in landscaping and paving
  • Highly organized and self-reliant, yet a strong team player
  • Enthusiastic about driving new business development
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid, clean driving license

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of £35,000 to £40,000
  • Uncapped commission, with OTE of £7,000 to £8,000
  • Pension and healthcare benefits
  • Company car
