About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for championing our competitive fibre broadband packages to residents in the area, building meaningful relationships with the local community, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embrace door-to-door sales as your primary focus, engaging directly with residents at their homes to showcase the benefits of our fibre broadband services.
  • Skilfully create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion with confidence.
  • Work closely with your line manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and the local community.
Requirements
  • You will be located within a 30-minute drive of the location.
  • You hold a full clean UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • You have a valid right to work in the UK.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped and generous commission (OTE £50,000).
