About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for championing our competitive fibre broadband packages to residents in the area, building meaningful relationships with the local community, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embrace door-to-door sales as your primary focus, engaging directly with residents at their homes to showcase the benefits of our fibre broadband services.
  • Skilfully create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion with confidence.
  • Work closely with your line manager to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and the local community to promote our services and build trust.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped and generous commission, with an OTE of £50,000.
