Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for meeting with prospective and existing business customers across the UK, establishing customer needs, and identifying sales opportunities across multiple products.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with prospective and existing business customers across the UK to establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to secure their next business essential contract.
- Work towards targets and meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Utilize our comprehensive training program and ongoing support to ensure success in the role.
- Resilience: You may not meet your targets every day, but it's how you react to those hurdles that sets you apart.
- Outstanding Communication Skills: This is key when building relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience every time.
- Self-Management/Accountability: It is essential that all our Field Sales Consultants have the motivation and self-discipline to manage and grow our existing customer base.
- Target Driven/Self Motivated: You are target-driven but also customer-centric, understanding that the customer always comes before the sale.
- Clean Driver's License and Valid Car Insurance: we require all consultants to have access to their own vehicle (personal or rented).
- 18 months+ sales experience (B2B, lead generation or telesales environment).
- £2400 car allowance per annum – on top of basic salary.
- Fuel card/travel card with automatic top-up to cover all fuel expenses.
- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
- Smart tablet and mobile phone.
- Comprehensive training program before you go out on the field, and support from a great team.
