About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Assistant - Communications to join our team at the Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT). As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for marketing activities, including managing artwork and promotional resources.

Your primary duties will include ordering print materials, managing external suppliers, and managing our photographic library and image assets. You will also support social media management and email communication, assist with large marketing projects, and attend team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order print materials and manage external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage our photographic library and image assets to maintain a high-quality collection.
  • Support social media management and email communication to engage with our audience.
  • Assist with large marketing projects and attend team meetings to contribute to our success.
  • Monitor promotional item distribution to ensure effective reach.
  • Manage the JustGiving page to maximize donations.
  • Post on social media using Hootsuite to engage with our audience.
  • Support the Marketing Team as needed to achieve our objectives.

Salary Range

£25,223 - £27,300 DOE (dependent on experience). This salary range reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.
