About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our UK Sales team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for penetrating new logo accounts and owning the sales process to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities through extensive business development activities, working to turn prospective clients into leads.
  • Execute the sales cycle to penetrate the most promising new logo accounts, generating net new business.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge regarding Public Relations & Investor Relations products, engaging in additional on-the-job training, as well as ongoing professional development.
  • Pitch press releases and feature ideas to top-tier media to secure placement for clients.
  • Understand and demonstrate how to build a compelling story narrative for clients.
  • Develop and meet with new prospective clients to educate and demonstrate the value of PR/IR products and services.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion.
  • Engage Sales Engineering resources, as needed, to close deals.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas.
  • Assist in contract development as needed.
  • Assist sales and marketing staff with sales campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, such as Account Executive or Senior Account Executive.
  • Prior experience in Public Relations (PR) or Investor Relations (IR) sales.
  • Proven background in B2B sales focusing on small to medium-sized businesses and/or mid-market.
  • Demonstrated success in working within a goal-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
