About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Listers. As a Car Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products
  • Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database
Requirements
  • Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management
  • Ability to establish and build rapport with customers
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Valid UK driver's license
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience preferred but not essential
