MOT Tester/Technician

We are seeking an experienced MOT Tester/Technician to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a leading UK-based independent fast-fit automotive chain, we specialize in tires, MOTs, servicing, batteries, and exhausts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards and enter the results into the DVSA computer system.
• Install company-specified products on customer vehicles and perform a range of ancillary services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center and its equipment.
• Actively promote and sell the company's comprehensive range of products and services, exceeding customer expectations and driving revenue growth.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Follow instructions and guidance from management, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning new skills.
• Maintain a presentable appearance and comply with company uniform requirements.
• Be available for work as scheduled, adapting to fluctuating demand and ensuring the smooth operation of the center.

Requirements:

• A valid MOT Tester license issued by the DVSA.
• A Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance, City Guilds, or other equivalent qualification.
