Job Title: Mercedes Digital Sales Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Mercedes Digital Sales Advisor. As a key member of our internet sales division, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers who enquire via our website within given timescales to ensure timely and efficient communication.
  • Identify customer requirements and pass on leads to the Sales Team for follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise effectively with the Sales Team and Sales Managers to ensure customers are contacted as agreed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately administer details of conversations on our Dealer Management System, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Record contact and outcomes with customers on Enquiry Management Systems accurately to achieve Brand standards.
  • Validate marketing records for existing customers or create new records for new customers, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Promote other services and products as appropriate, driving sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in dealership sales and aftersales environments, with a proven track record of achievement in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to use all appropriate modules of the Dealer Management System, particularly Contact Management and EMS.
  • Good administrative knowledge and numeracy skills, with strong attention to detail and intermediate IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build relationships.
  • A genuine interest and passion for the motor industry, with a willingness to learn and develop.
