We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As an Internal Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to key customers, driving customer loyalty and retention.
- Manage a live portfolio of current customers, proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
- Work closely with the wider branch team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, recognizing and pursuing new business leads.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, effectively communicating their value to customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in a highly competitive or target-driven customer-focused role, preferably in a B2B or retail/hospitality environment.
- Electrical product knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
- A flexible approach and ability to work under pressure, with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
