We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Technician Training Project Manager. As a key member of our Pharmacy Education team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of pharmacy technicians across the South West region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy technician training programs.
- Liaise with stakeholders across national and regional programs to ensure consistency and standardization of training.
- Design and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to support trainees and their educational supervisors.
- Contribute to the design and development of the pharmacy education program, working closely with the Trainee Team.
- Support the business planning process to inform the strategic development of the department.
- Identify and support pharmacy trainees requiring additional support, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and guidance.
- Contribute to the availability of high-quality training and support for Pharmacy Practice and Educational Supervisors.
- Support equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives in pharmacy education, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Requirements- NVQ Level 3 in pharmacy services or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Desirable: knowledge of healthcare education management or commissioning, acquired through post-graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training.
