We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Bay Ltd. In this role, you will be working on advanced rail milling machines that travel around the UK.
About the Job:
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the machines, ensuring they are running smoothly. This includes electrical maintenance on Siemens PLC systems, as well as mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance as needed.
You will also diagnose and resolve electrical faults to keep the machines in optimal working condition. You will work in shifts, combining day and night shifts, with travel home every 6th day.
This is a competitive opportunity with a salary of £54,000 per year, plus overtime opportunities. A company van and fuel card are provided for work-related travel, and you will receive 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and operating advanced rail milling machines.
- Electrical maintenance on Siemens PLC systems.
- Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance as needed.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.
- Working in shifts with travel home every 6th day.
