Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Area Development Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington Careers. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in the growth and development of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across their designated territory, ensuring strong relationships with existing builders merchants and securing new stockists. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive product availability and ensure effective communication across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cover assigned territory, supporting all existing builders merchants and acquiring new stockists.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with branch staff, driving product availability and promoting company products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • Lived on the patch within the designated area.
  • A hunter and farmer mentality, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of heavy-side materials, including insulation, paving, timber, bricks, blocks, roofing, or any building envelope product.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
