Key Responsibilities
  • Build trust and develop nurturing relationships with service users to promote independence, well-being, and strengths.

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-ins and shift work, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Relevant experience working with children & young people is desirable, but not essential with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

  • A competitive salary of £27,616 - £32,396 (sleeps included).
  • A full-time, permanent contract with 37 hours per week.
  • A 3-week rolling rota with a mix of shifts.
