About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care and Education. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them to develop new skills, build relationships, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people in their daily routines, including morning preparations, meal times, and evening relaxation activities.
  • Encourage and facilitate hobbies, social activities, and friendships, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Provide guidance and support to help young people reach their goals and aspirations.
