About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker at Horizon Care & Education, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in various aspects of daily life within our homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people in continuing their hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learning new skills.
  • Assist with morning routines, ensuring young people are prepared for school and have a nutritious breakfast.
  • Prepare evening meals and create a safe and relaxing environment for young people within the home.
  • Help young people reach their full potential and experience new opportunities.
