We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at our Children's Residential Home in Hinckley.
About the Role:
- Provide individualized support and guidance to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met and their progress is monitored.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment, fostering a sense of community among residents.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as budgeting, shopping, and claiming benefits, to promote residents' independence.
- Participate in shift rotations, including day shifts and sleep-ins, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
