We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FO Manager to lead our Front Office team at Holiday Inn Coventry. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving standards in the hotel.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead with purpose and vision, using your commercial expertise to drive standards in the hotel. You need to be innovative and reactive to your response to a range of situations.

Monitoring guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives will be high on the agenda. The FO Manager will be responsible for the Front office team. Building a high performing team across the division is what success looks like.

Holiday Inn Coventry is a busy hotel located just off the M6. We have high occupancy and a busy conferance and events space that is in constant use. The successful candidate for this position will be a key player welcoming all guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
