IT Director Job Description

Jas Gujral is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT team and drive the planning and strategy framework for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IT services to customers and collaborators, ensuring access to company business systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure the security of data and systems, balancing effectiveness with collaboration needs.
  • Manage IT services efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead a team of 15 IT professionals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading IT at a senior management level.
  • Experience in delivering IT services to customers.
  • Infrastructure delivery experience, including networking and hardware.
  • Experience with data science project delivery.
  • Proven coaching and mentoring ability.
  • Ability to travel to company locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pharmaceutical or Bio Science background.
  • Understanding of government funding and regulations.
  • MBA or IT qualifications.
Location and Travel:

The role will be based near Stevenage with hybrid working.
