We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to lead our regulatory and professional standards at Boots Online Doctor. As our go-to expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the governance of processes and procedures meet our regulatory and professional requirements.

This is a full-time vacancy within our London offices, based in the vibrant Angel, Islington area.

About the Role

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality and compliance documentation, including policies, ESDOs, SOPs, training records, risk registers, and ROPA.

• Leading the Boots Digital Health business on data protection, including DPIAs and privacy policy adjustments, supported by the central DPO's office.

• Aligning the compliance approach at Boots Digital Health with the wider Boots business, working as an extension of the central team.

• Supporting internal audit and regulatory inspection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Medical Director, Dep. Medical Director (Governance lead), Registered Manager, IT Governance lead, Boots data protection and compliance teams to harmonize the collection and management of compliance data.

• Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure regulatory and professional standards are met.

• Provide guidance and support to the team on compliance-related matters.
