About the Role:

The IT Principal Engineer will lead the development and implementation of novel IT solutions as a technical leader of a Digital Enterprise Services Product Team.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Enhance and maintain Identity & Infosec components as an Enterprise Platform.
  • Design and maintain system security applying an approach of automate first when developing, implementing or supporting IT solutions.
  • Act as the lead engineer for systems and services taking accountability for service cost, value, availability, lifecycle and the development of suitable roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership and act as a principal source of technical knowledge and expertise.

This is an exciting role where you will be working on a strategically important global programme of work.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, deploying and operating enterprise level Identity & Information Security services, M365 & Azure.
  • Ability to lead and guide technical teams adopting an Agile approach to Product led deliveries.
  • Extensive experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IAC), Bicep, PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines, Json, ADO, DSC, Confluence and code repos.
