The role of the Group Reward Director at QinetiQ is a strategic leadership position that requires a deep understanding of global reward practices and a proven track record of delivering executive remuneration strategies.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the successful candidate will lead the Reward function globally, with a particular focus on the UK PLC and its Remuneration Committee's corporate governance requirements.

Key responsibilities include the design and assurance of robust governance of all reward-related activities, as well as the implementation of a performance-driven, enterprise-wide strategic approach to Total Rewards.

The ideal candidate will be a Reward subject matter expert with a global mindset, strong enterprise leadership skills, and the ability to leverage their expertise to develop and implement a Reward strategy that aligns with QinetiQ's business objectives.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in executive remuneration at Director level for a large international PLC or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of reward strategies and ability to think strategically
  • Business and commercial acumen, with a focus on overall business goals
  • Proven track record of data insights, scenario modelling, and ROI generation for proposed strategies
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment
  • Experience of working in at least two of the following markets: UK, US, and Australia
