About the Role:
The ideal candidate will provide expert Company Secretarial advice to support Experis IT, ensuring full compliance with Corporate Governance and Companies Act requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic guidance to safeguard the company's continued listing with the London Stock Exchange.
- Contributing to the development of the Company Secretarial function strategy, bringing best practice to raise the profile of the team.
- Maintaining accurate records for all Group companies on Blueprint software.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent Company Secretarial knowledge and expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
