About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill this key position at West Lothian Council. This exciting opportunity is for someone who wants to make a real difference in their community by providing comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Housing Customer & Building Services
  • Cover other Heads of Services during periods of leave, ensuring continuity of service delivery
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, resolving and responding to enquiries on behalf of the Head of Service team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and provide management information, correspondence, reports, and documentation as required
