About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional support to Owners in our retirement developments, ensuring their needs are met and they enjoy a happy and fulfilling lifestyle.

You will be responsible for covering absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an 'as and when' basis, managing property maintenance, and providing administrative support from a central desk within the development.

With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive experience for Owners, facilitating social events, and supporting the sales team with customer viewings.

Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to manage contractors, comply with health and safety checks, and liaise with various departments and external contacts.

What We're Looking For
  • A flexible and adaptable individual with previous property management or related experience.
  • An outgoing and friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy with experience of using MS Office applications.

Location and Salary

This role is based in the Wiltshire area, and we estimate the salary to be around £12.36 per hour, plus additional benefits.
