As a Partner Relationships Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and sponsors. Your primary responsibility will be to activate these partnerships and deliver tangible outcomes that support our mission.

You will work closely with our Head of Partner Relations and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner activations into our events and programs. A solid understanding of partnership best practices and trends is essential for success in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential corporate partners.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to activate partnerships and drive engagement.
  3. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to integrate partner activations into our events and programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate partnerships or sponsorships.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with brand and agency decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
