About the Role

Arrow McLaren IndyCar is seeking an exceptional Heritage Formula 1 Support Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Heritage Formula 1 cars and associated support equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the build, assembly, deployment, and off-car preparation of Heritage Formula 1 cars and associated support equipment.
  • Ensuring daily operations meet standards at and away from the McLaren Technology Centre.
  • Managing Heritage support equipment and infrastructure as a single point of contact.
  • Sustaining the supply, servicing, and presentation standards of the Heritage function.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in motorsport garage infrastructures or relevant industries with similar skill sets.
  • Strong technical skills, including mechanical, electrical, and IT aptitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the UK and abroad.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
