We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Vehicle Technician to join our team at McLaren Automotive Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle production and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a High-Performance Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing production and ensuring that all station operations meet quality standards. You will also be required to complete operations within the required timescale and work with a team to solve problems affecting quality, cost, or productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 2/3 Diploma in Light Vehicle maintenance and/or Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System repair and replacement
  • Prototype build activity
  • Vehicle production experience
  • Build concern reporting
  • Quality measurement systems, including Faro arm usage
  • Working to pre-set time schedules
  • Process and product maturation
  • Collaborating and working in small teams
  • Experience in production vehicle manufacturing
