High-Performance Vehicle Development Lead

Pursuing a career as a High-Performance Vehicle Development Lead at McLaren offers the chance to contribute to the creation of innovative and exceptional vehicles.
In this key role, you will oversee the development of aerodynamics and powertrain cooling systems for all vehicle programmes. To achieve this, you will be responsible for leading the use of 1D simulation, CFD, scale wind tunnel, and track side testing methods to explore concepts and complete design validation against programme objectives.
You will also implement continuous improvement practices, offer guidance to preserve our expertise in vehicle aerodynamics, and assist in the advancement of our team, testing approaches, design tool alignment, and research agendas to enable concurrent model-based engineering of our fully integrated sports cars.
This position comes with a salary of £95,000 - £125,000 per year.
