About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Evaluation Technician to join our team and contribute to the development of new components and technologies. This role will involve working closely with our engineers to design, develop, and validate new products, as well as conducting rigorous testing and evaluation to ensure their quality and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and validate new components and technologies
  • Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation to ensure quality and performance
  • Work closely with engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of testing and evaluation results
  • Communicate results and recommendations to engineers and other stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
