Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Engineer to join our team at McLaren Automotive. As a key member of our racing data analysis group, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including racecars and trackside systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Racecar modelling and simulation using advanced software tools
  • Data analysis and interpretation to improve vehicle performance and reliability
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions

You will work closely with our experienced engineers and technicians to develop and implement new technical capabilities and tools to support our racing program.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering or computer science, with experience in model-based application software coding in MATLAB/Simulink. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
