Job Description

Job Title: Qualified Social Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Qualified Social Worker to join our team at Remedy Social Care. As a Referral and Assessment Social Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of children and young people in need or at risk of protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments to determine care packages and support plans for children and young people.
  • Manage a complex caseload, maintaining or improving the well-being of children and young people.
  • Plan, deliver, and oversee referral interventions for a range of complex cases.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the interests of children and young people are supported.
  • Ensure operational support and delivery of an Assessment Service for children in need or at risk of protection.

Requirements:

  • QSW Status, including qualification, Social Work England registration, and completed ASYE.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Right to work in the UK.
