About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Specialist to join our team at Remedy Social Work. As a First Response Officer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for intervention.
  • Work closely with clients, families, and carers to ensure that their needs are met and that they have a voice in the decision-making process.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on social care services, including direct payments and equipment prescriptions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated support.
  • Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns, ensuring that clients' welfare is protected at all times.

Requirements:

  • QSW Status, including qualification and Social Work England registration.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in social care.
  • Right to work in the UK.
