North East Senior QS Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the North East. The successful candidate will act as commercial lead and cover day-to-day QS duties.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Act as Commercial Lead on designated projects, ensuring all contractual procedures are followed.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts & budgets, managing project cost control systems effectively.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and maintain a solid understanding of NEC/ECC/JCT form contract management knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or similar qualification in quantity surveying or a relevant field, with good Excel/IT skills and experience working across multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
This position offers a daily rate of £400 based on a 5-day work week, Monday-Friday inclusive.
