About the Role:

As a Rail Infrastructure Quality Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our rail infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality plans, inspect and test infrastructure, and conduct quality audits.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage project quality risks, work closely with the Head of Systems & Quality to ensure adherence to quality management strategies, and develop and monitor quality performance indicators.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile rail project in the North East of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality plans, inspect and test infrastructure, and conduct quality audits.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage project quality risks.
  • Work with the Head of Systems & Quality to ensure adherence to quality management strategies.
  • Develop and monitor quality performance indicators.
  • Manage non-conformance processes, procedures, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Promote quality standard improvement and establish quality governance.
  • Foster strong relationships across the project and supply chain to achieve compliance.

The salary for this role is expected to be within the range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards for this position in the North East of England.
