We are seeking a Quality Management Specialist to join our Rail division on a temporary contract. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS) with Process Owners and document authors.

You will support quality plan development, inspection and test planning, and quality control methodologies. Conducting quality audits is also an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and maintain the IMS with Process Owners and document authors.
  • Support quality plan development, inspection and test planning, and quality control methodologies.
  • Conduct quality audits and identify project quality risks in a graded approach, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Work with the Head of Systems & Quality to ensure adherence to the project and programme quality management strategy and approach.
  • Develop and monitor quality performance indicators, manage non-conformance processes, procedures, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Promote quality standard improvement and establish quality governance.
  • Assist in administering the Quality Management Steering Group and foster strong relationships across the project and supply chain to achieve compliance.

The estimated salary range for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum based on industry standards for this position in the North East of England.
