As an Elderly Care Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of staff to deliver excellent care and services to residents">
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies">
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability">
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve resident care and services">
  • Representing the home at local community events and networking meetings">

Salary: Up to £55,000 per year (based on 40 hours)
