Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a commercial lead capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the commercial lead while also covering day-to-day QS duties.

  1. Act as Commercial Lead on designated projects
  2. Ensure all contractual procedures are followed
  3. Prepare tender documents, contracts & budgets.
  4. Manage project cost control systems
  5. Identify value engineering opportunities
Responsibilities:
  1. A degree or similar qualification in quantity surveying or relevant field is required.
    1. Solid understanding of NEC/ECC/JCT form contract management knowledge;
    2. Proven track record working across multiple sites/projects simultaneously;
    3. Good Excel/IT Skills;
    Compensation and Benefits: The company offers £400 per day based on a 5-day work week starting from Monday-Friday inclusive.
