Job Title: Sales and Business Development Professional
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As a Sales and Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for increasing sales by winning new business through warm and cold calls, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers within a B2B setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market research and analysis of competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Strategic planning to develop and implement sales strategies
- Attend industry events for networking
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
What We Offer:

About the Role: This is a full-time permanent position based in Portslade paying a salary of £24,000 + performance bonus, with a salary review after 6 months. The hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, and this is a fully office-based role.
