**Job Summary:**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Devices Trainer Specialist to join our team at Focus Resourcing in Oswestry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face and online training on medical equipment to clinical staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify medical device training needs for clinical professionals and deliver or facilitate appropriate training.
  • Supplement OEM training on high-risk devices.
  • Maintain the learning management system.
  • Advise on and support the medical device risk assessment process.
  • Develop strategies for training and determine refresher training arrangements.

**Requirements:

As a successful Clinical Equipment Educator, you will have:

  • Experience of using or training on a range of medical devices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience delivering training, ideally in a clinical setting.
  • A good understanding of clinical processes and conditions, and of indications for use of different medical devices and their limitations.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, private healthcare, and more.
