**Medical Devices Trainer Role Overview:**
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Device Training Professional working closely with our established clients in Oswestry. We are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate complex information, train diverse groups, and adapt to changing circumstances.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps for clinical staff.
- Develop and implement customized training programs for designated medical equipment.
- Collaborate with OEMs to provide comprehensive training on high-risk devices.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and assess their effectiveness.
- Support the development of policies and procedures related to medical device training.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To excel as a Clinical Equipment Educator, you will need:
- Significant experience working with a range of medical devices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A strong background in training delivery, ideally within a clinical setting.
- A deep understanding of clinical processes and device applications.
**Salary and Benefits Package:**
This role offers a salary range of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, along with a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, private healthcare, and other perks.
