Job Title: Equipping Youth Minister

About the Position:

Key Duties:
* Equip young people (0-18s) to understand and live out their Christian faith, developing spiritual maturity and character.
* Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and events that promote personal growth, leadership, and service.
* Collaborate with church staff to integrate youth ministry into parish life, ensuring seamless transitions and engagement.

Essential Skills:
* A deep understanding of biblical principles and theology, with expertise in youth development and education.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences and age groups.
* Proven ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Work Environment:
* As an Equipping Youth Minister, you will work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, partnering with church leaders and families to support young people's growth and development.

Compensation Package: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
