A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Equipment Trainer and Educator to work with us at Focus Resourcing in Oswestry. This position involves providing face-to-face and online training on the use of designated medical equipment to current and new clinical staff at all levels.

Responsibilities include:

  1. identifying the medical device training needs of clinical professionals and delivering or facilitating relevant training
  2. ensuring that existing knowledge of high-risk devices is supplemented through OEM training
  3. maintaining the learning management system to track employee progress and identify areas for improvement
  4. advising and supporting the medical device risk assessment process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  5. collaborating with colleagues to develop effective training strategies
  6. determining the most suitable approach for delivering refresher training

We expect the successful candidate to possess strong communication skills, with experience of delivering training in a clinical setting and a good understanding of clinical processes and conditions. An estimated salary range for this role is £38,000-£50,000 per year.
